IVD,
Inc. is a consulting engineering firm established in 2001, that provides
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for commercial,
institutional, and industrial projects through several different avenues.
We have worked with architects through the conventional plan and specification
project format, directly with building owners, and for HVAC, plumbing,
and electrical contractors as part of a design build team. In addition
to providing design services, IVD, Inc. provides building condition
assessments of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components, conducts
construction phase services, and provides HVAC, electrical and plumbing
code review for existing buildings.
Our commercial projects include new and renovated offices, banking
facilities, automotive dealerships, convenience stores, and golf club
houses. We have worked on manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and
corporate offices in the industrial market, and our institutional
projects include hospitals, nursing facilities, and municipal buildings.
IVD, Inc. is committed to providing designs that meet the Owner’s
needs while working in concert with existing conditions and architectural
concepts. Our staff has more than fifteen years of consulting engineering
experience, working with private business and public entities at both
the local and state level.
