IVD was selected by First State Mechanical to provide HVAC and plumbing design services to the building expansion of the 4-story building at 2400 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA. The building will be 20-stories when complete, with retail, hospitality and commercial office space on the first nine floors. The remaining ten floors will have approximately 290 apartments.
The primary HVAC systems will be variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems.
