IVD was brought on board as a member of the commissioning team for two 25,000 square foot housing buildings on campus at Susquehanna University. Our commissioning project scope included all HVAC systems, controls, lighting, domestic hot water, and renewable energy systems. Both buildings applied for LEED certification.

IVD developed MEP design for a renovation of the existing building and an 1870 square foot addition. Notable additions are new rooftop air conditioners to maintain new offices and new lighting throughout the entire building.
